The Backlot Build

This Porter Ranch SB 9 project was designed to create a new two-story residential structure at the rear of the property. After receiving approval, the project is now in progress and moving through construction. The design focuses on clean modern lines, outdoor access, upper-level balcony space, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape while adding functional residential value to the site.
