The 800 Suite

This Santa Clarita ADU project converted an existing garage and expanded the structure into an 800 square foot accessory dwelling unit. The design creates a complete living space with an open kitchen, dining and lounge area, bathroom, laundry, and built-in storage. Light finishes, warm textures, and efficient space planning help transform the original garage into a comfortable, functional, and independent residential unit.
